Special Events

Our Special Event services are built around the experience of our expansive amenities in our multi-floor spa complex.  We are able to enhance the SoJo Spa Club experience for special occasions with the coordination of personalized SPA treatments, restaurant reservations, cabana rentals, and more depending on the size of your party. Special Events FAQ

We currently do not offer flat group rates or discounts.

Yes! You can do so online for a group of up to 4 online by visiting our online booking system. If you have more than 4 in your party, you may fill out our form on the bottom of the page or call us directly at (201) 313-7200.

Not at all!  Larger groups interested in using our many indoor and outdoor amenities do not require advance notice or planning to visit SoJo Spa Club.  Due to the unique nature of our facility, we are able to receive a large number of guests at any given time.  Access to our many amenities is included with your admission pass.  We do not have a reservation system or advance-purchase option for individual daily admission passes.  You may purchase your passes upon arrival with the front desk staff or at one of our self check-in kiosks.  

SoJo Spa club is an alcohol-free facility.  Alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances. However, you may bring a cake or cupcakes with you.  Just let the front desk know and they will safely store it for you in the kitchen area until you are ready for it.  There is a fee for the accomodation of $2 per person, up to $25 maximum.  Please note we do not have candles, and ask kindly to bring your own.

Yes!  We have an open cafeteria area that serves a wide variety of American and Asian cuisine in addition to healthful grab-and-go bites, salads, smoothies, cold pressed juices and much more!  The Restaurant on the 6th floor is also an option for a sit down meal with wait staff.During the summer, we also have an outdoor Rooftop Grill on the 7th floor with its own menu and al fresco seating.

We are unable to rent out or reserve any particular area of the facility for Special Events.  If interested in a potential buy-out option, please send your inquiry to events@sojospaclub.com.

Please Note: SoJo Spa Club cannot guarantee a Special event at the time of your inquiry. A contract and credit card authorization form is required to secure your special event. SPA appointments are subject to availability. We recommend that you reserve your SPA appointments at least two (2) weeks in advance to try to accomodate the requested treatments and times of service. Coordinating guest and group agree to remain in compliance with SoJo Spa Club Rules and Regulations at all times.
