Spa Receptionist – Korean Body Scrubs


The Spa Receptionist’s role functions as the liaison between the guest and Korean Body Scrub team. Spa Receptionists are primarily responsible for maintaining a calm and consistent flow of business through their assistance with the daily operational tasks of the KBS department. Spa Receptionists drive the revenue of the business through effective scheduling of treatments, enthusiastic customer service, and receiving client feedback under the supervision of the KBS management team. The maintenance of the highest standards of hygiene and  cleanliness in all aspects of the operation.

  • Create a welcoming environment that will produce an enjoyable SoJo Spa Club experience and tend to the needs of guests. 
  • Assist guests with booking reservations for services, as well as, making any cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Assist with making confirmation calls and email reminders to guests.
    • Communicate effectively with Management in regard to any service complaints/issues.
  • Keep designated area neat, tidy, and sanitary at all times.
  • Work positively and in a cooperative manner with guests, coworkers, and management.
  • General understanding of how to use the Point-of-Sale system to effectively manage guests’ charges, understanding the wristband and locker systems.
  • Explain and answer customer questions and explain the different and unique areas of the Spa.
  • Commit to the service standards of the Locker Room team and learn the policies and guidelines of the area. 


  • Reception/customer service experience.
  • Comfortable in a high volume, fast paced environment. 
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to stand and walk throughout scheduled shift.
