SoJo Spa Club is proud to offer complimentary LiYa Method Yoga classes to our guests and members. All experience levels are welcome.

Saturdays
All Level Yoga Flow: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Lean Body Flow: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Sundays
All Level Yoga Flow: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Class Description
All Level Yoga Flow is a beginners class, offering an introduction to yoga with gentle asanas (poses). It focuses on how to work your way into applying proper form for each asana, as well as using proper breathing patterns.

Lean Body Flow includes a combination of cardio moves, functional training body movements, calisthenics, light weights, along with a sequence of Yoga poses, all in a flow format.  This method offers a complete total body workout along with focusing on the breath, as well as maintaining the mind present with every move and pose.  This class has attracted more sports specific training individuals such as outdoor cyclists, runners, golfers, and other professional athletes.

How to Sign Up
Sign up on the day of class at the 7th floor Fitness Center anytime before class to reserve your space. Other available spaces will be given first-come, first-serve for those who were unable to sign up beforehand.

Class Location
Class will be held in the Studio space of the 7th Floor Fitness Center. In the Summer months, classes will take place on the Rooftop Garden, weather permitting.

Maritza Dearing discovered her love for yoga in early 2000 and it has since been her passion and way of life.  She is the founder of LiYa Life co. and LiYa Method Yoga.  A veteran group fitness instructor, personal trainer, healthy lifestyle coach, and luxury residential health club manager, Maritza has nearly 30 years of experience in various aspects of the fitness and wellness industry.  Her passion for helping others is apparent in her ability to inspire and motivate individuals, whether it is through weight loss or through life experiences by taking a simple, effective and fun approach.  LiYa Method Yoga, a fitness infused yoga method, was created to attract high-performance lovers (like herself) to learn the benefits of balancing body, mind and spirit.
